With a rich history spanning generations, the Navarro Ceciliano family brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every step of the coffee production process. From cultivating the land to processing the beans, their passion for excellence is evident in every cup.

Situated amidst their own sprawling coffee farms, ranging from elevations of 1350 to 1900 meters above sea level, Coffee Nace S.A benefits from a diverse range of microclimates. This unique geographical advantage not only enhances the flavor profile of their coffee but also allows for experimentation and innovation in cultivation techniques.

One such offering from Coffee Nace S.A is the exquisite Caturra and Catuai coffee sourced from Finca San Cristobal Norte. This particular lot undergoes a meticulous Natural processing method at the micromill. Ripe coffee cherries, carefully handpicked to ensure only the finest quality, undergo thorough sorting to eliminate any defects before being gently dried.

The Natural process employed at Coffee Nace S.A Micromill is a labor of love, with each batch taking an average of 15 days to reach optimal moisture levels. This slow and deliberate approach allows the flavors inherent in the beans to fully develop, resulting in a cup of coffee that is rich, complex, and bursting with character.

From the fertile soils of their farms to the skilled hands of their workers, every aspect of Coffee Nace S.A's operations reflects a deep respect for the land, the people, and the coffee itself. With a commitment to sustainability and a dedication to preserving the traditions of their ancestors, the Navarro Ceciliano family continues to set the standard for excellence in Costa Rican coffee production.
